We have designed a full ZEN experience for children ages 6-12. Our own, Francesca Russo, who is a Registered Yoga Therapist as well as a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Associate Counselor, has tailor made a group that your kids are sure to enjoy!

This empowering yoga class is designed to help kids build confidence, body awareness and create a positive self-image through movement, breathwork and mindfulness. With playful poses, affirmations and guided mediations kids will learn to celebrate who they are—inside and out!

Each group is 60min and the full course is 6 weeks

$250 for all 6 classes if paid in full upfront or $45 per class to pay as you go

This group is focused on ages 8-12 and designed to help your child understand the difference between aggressive, passive and assertive communication. We want to help your child develop the confidence and empathy needed to be an amazing LEADER and be able to problem solve on their own.

The group will run for four weeks in July and August, dates TBD
Each session will be one hour long
Maximum of 6 participants in each group
